That will depend on many things, including your customer contract(s).

We aren't in an episode of "24," and there aren't many ticking clocks
where time is so much of the essence that legal procedure can't be
followed.

Mark is right to suggest reaching out to your legal department. They
can reply and tell the "agency" what the subpoena (or other legal)
process looks like. If it is an actual player in the space, they
should understand what they need to do and shouldn't complain about
doing their jobs the right way.
