Hi mailop list,
one of our customer is experiencing problems with two of his domains
while delivering messages to @comcast.net addresses.
The problems are two:
- One domain is getting throttled with this error code: RL000003
- The other domain is is able to deliver but its emails are marked as spam
I tried contacting Comcast but there isn't a way of contacting them
directly, the xfinity support portal requires an American phone number
(which we don't have), and the feedback.comcast.net website seems to be
offline for over a week.
Is someone from Comcast/Xfinity in this list, or someone who had a
similar problem that can help us?
