We were able to add most of our IPs back into SNDS, and have a complaint rate of < 0.1% over all our IPs. Everything is green. Yet we are rate limited.
This is so bad for the reputation of those affected as microsoft in their SMTP 4xx responses claim there are IP Reputation problems. There are zero IP reputation problems for us. We also get the [email protected] <mailto:[email protected]> complaint emails, I dont know if anyone ever views those, but pretty much close to 100% of those complaints are HAM. Just normal emails. If hotmail seriously uses those in IP reputation decisions we’re all screwed. Cor Bosman
