Starting Monday about noon AZ time, we saw a large portion of our IPs being tempfailed. Our authenticated SMTP servers for our Professional email products have not been able to deliver any mail to hotmail, etc, and half of our webmail servers for the same platform see the same. Our hosting relays are also seeing a large portion of their IPs blocked in the same way.
We’re playing the argue with the robot back and forth until we get to a person game, and I’ve reached out to someone at MS to see if they can do something else. Supposedly they did some adjustments to help prevent a lot of temp fails in the last few days, but it appears to have gone haywire. I replied (using MS365) to the automated "there are no problems with your IP address" yesterday at 16:06 UTC so hopefully it will be looked at by a human soon. I'm pausing all mail delivery attempts to those domains for over an hour to see if that helps. Thanks, Matt. _______________________________________________ mailop mailing list [email protected] https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://list.mailop.org/listinfo/mailop__;!!Hj18uoVe_Lnx!otWygNDh1RWGmEs420166a33wnx7Sq8lx1oRtvQsr-tUPm_GPbvmA2aT0wI19xx4EtNhCWp01McxjLVM7Bc1$
