That's at the end of the connection, after the server hangs, because of
a timeout waiting for the client EHLO.  "Unexpected EOF" in TLS just
means that the server did not send a close_notify alert, that's normal.

Irrelevant.  Certificates change periodically, perhaps more often when
stumbling around in the dark hoping to debug a problem.  And yet the
problem is elsewhere.  Only a PCAP will make progress possible, PCAPs
from both sides would be even better, but that's not always possible
to obtain.
