Based on the messages I have now received from the list, being a
member, I can state categorically that contrary to what you state
here, they are not.

If a participant's mail is DKIM signed, the signature is retained but
it is also invalidated by the header changes the list makes, and the
listserver itself does not sign the messages at all.

This is the change I suggested you make earlier. It will make a
difference. At the moment list mail is not only not consistently
signed, it occasionally has signatures from entities other than the
list itself that are invalid.
