Well, if you are a target for malware messages targetted to Germans, but you don't speak German, flagging as malicious any email in German would be a good signal. Of course, once that you start having German customers, it may no longer be a suitable rule :) FWIW, I remember seeing the real Apple login page and thinking it really looked like a phishing page.
