Regarding missing DKIM DNS Key für segway.com

Anyone from

* Markmonitor.com (DNS Operator)
* Zendesk (Email DKIM Signing)
* Segway DNS or Email Admin

on this list?

Turning in circles with DKIM issue:

Source IP: 103.151.192.3 (Zendesk Australia)

signature=PaqigGjK domain=rlm.segway.com selector=zendesk2 result="key not 
found in DNS"
key retrieval failed (s=zendesk2, d=rlm.segway.com): 
'zendesk2._domainkey.rlm.segway.com' record not found

Email from Segway Support being flagged spam or rejected.

Zendesk tells their customer their ISP has to solve the issue and 'delist' 
Zendesk / Segway.

ISP tells customer he should tell Segway to fix DKIM - Segway customer forwards 
information to Segway Support.

Segway tells it's customer: We can't do anything our emails are being blocked 
blocked by your ISP.

ISP steps in - explains directly to Segway support, with logfiles, what the 
issue is and asks Segway to fix DKIM, CC to MarkMonitor DNS operator.

Segway Support reports back: We have solved the issue and will close the case 
within 48 hours.

ISP notices, that very email reporting issue was solved, still is - as before - 
signed by DKIM not published in DNS - issue not solved.

Repeated twice by now.
