Hi all

If anyone could supply more help in this case I would be very
thankful. Markmonitor did not get back to me - I keep sending emails
to their DNS admin.

The issue is now completely crazy and I don't understand Zendesk's
arguing.

Summary:

Zendesk is signing emails with DKIM on behalf of their customer segway.com
The public key for validation is not published in the domain segway.com
Emails get rejected because of failing DKIM / DMARC validation (especially when
forwarded)

View point of Segway: Zendesk is signing the emails with an invalid
key? This is why you and other ISP reject our emails? Please tell
Zendesk what is wrong and ask them to fix the issue. We won't contact
them as it's them sending the affected emails, anyway we don't really
understand the issue we are specialized in robot movers etc, not email.

View point of Zendesk: We absolutely understand the issue, but we can't
act on your notice because only our customer Segway can contact us, for
security and privacy reason - no we can't contact segway even if
we see that they messed up the DNS entry needed to validate the DKIM
signature we perform on their behalf as this is their responsibility to
publish the corresponding public key in their DNS record.

Aaargh! Taking one last attempt to escalate issue to Swiss Segway
branch office and then I give up.

Mit freundlichen Grüssen
