I work for a different division with Gov Delivery (not responsible for this though), but wanted to at least get some info about clicking the link and then getting hit with more email. That shouldn't be the case, so absolutely concerns me and can dig into that further to try to figure out if something is broken regarding that. Please email me off list with some details on that and I can ping some people about at least that bit.
