I don't think filtering on "Auto-Submitted: auto-generated" is a good idea.
I just searched my personal email archive for messages containing that
header, and I found:
- payment transaction notifications from various payment processors(!)
- activation emails, password change links(!) and notifications about
private messages and replies in followed threads from various web-based
forums (eg. linuxforums.org, OpenWRT forum, Ubuntu forums)
- bug status tracking notifications from Bugzilla, eg. at Mozilla and
LibreOffice
- notifications and replies regarding support tickets submitted in various
ticketing systems, in particular (but not only) those powered by Zendesk -
including my hosting provider's ticketing system(!) and my bank's
issue-reporting form(!)
- some auto-replies from autoresponders (they are usually sent with
"Auto-Submitted: auto-replied", but some use "auto-generated")
- confirmation emails in reply to abuse reports from some abuse addresses
- Google Calendar notifications about accepted/rejected invitations
- periodic Mailman reminder messages from some mailing lists (eg.
@gnome.org)
- notifications of changes to handle in RIPE database
- confirmation emails from dnswl.org
- notification emails from Slack
- confirmation and notification emails (eg. about submitted changes to map)
from OpenStreetMap

I haven't checked all of messages containing that header, but what I listed
is enough for me to say that I'd lose A LOT of legitimate messages if I
would filter on that header.
