I have follow this instruction: /Inbox doesn’t load when offline. /This is known Gmail Offline problem. But, not all users are affected. The exact cause of this problem isn't known. Visit official Gmail troubleshooting page for /instructions.
So I uninstall Google Gears and restart from the beginning. I keep you in touch!
