NEW (Leopard only): Attachment handling uses new Gmail uploader (with
progess bar)
FIX (Leopard only): Attachments didn't work after clicking "Attach file"
link
FIX: In rare cases, attachments could be attached multiple times.
FIX: Safari/Firefox "Mail link to this page" didn't copy the link into the
body text.
