Just to make sure: (I didn't ask it before): - Do you have the latest 2.1-beta version? (build #1098) - Do you have Google Gears 0.5.15.0? - Did you turn on "Preferences/Advanced/Load Google Gears"? - Does it work in Safari? - Which Safari version do you use?
Please check the Offline Gmail Google group: http://groups.google.com/group/gmail-labs-help-offline If nothing helps, consider to re-install Gmail Offline (delete offline data too).
