I am noticing this about 5 times a day. The problem sometimes goes away by turning off spell checking, but that is not an option since I'm a horrible speller. The problem goes away temporarily when I hit the "Save Now" button. This seems to be a syncing issue. If this continues, I'll grab a process snapshot with Activity monitor and post to this group. I think this is a serious issue. I'm considering moving back to a browser interface because of the severe slowdown.
