You may well be unto something. I may be wrong, but as far as I can recall, all the incidents have occurred while at work. Initially I thought it was just my MacBook being bogged down with something else in the background. However, I do use a proxy server at work and the network does get bogged down, especially during the late morning into early afternoon period. As a result, the Internet connection speed can be erratic. This certainly tests MailPlane and the browser. Safari v4 doesn't do well with the erratic connection where the screen window contents redrawing suffers. This problem while editing may be another sign of this. So are you going to increase the MailPlane buffer, and if so, how will this affect operations otherwise? Will it affect the GMail login time. -- Curtis "My keyboard has an F1 key.
