Much as I love Mailplane, I need to give it up until it works consistently with offline mail. (I appreciate how hard Reuben is working on this, but it's driving me crazy, and I'm not willing to give up offline mail. So I'll just wait.)
But I'm a bit confused :-) I have Mailplane with offline enabled, running whatever special version of Gears works with it and Snow Leopard. When I log onto Gmail with Firefox, offline is disabled. When I enable it, it wants to install (a presumably different version of) Gears and download my old mail. Will I end up with (1) conflicting versions of Gears and (2) double downloads of all me old emails? Should I disable offline mail and Gears from within Mailplane first and then switch to Firefox? Can anyone offer any advice. Thanks, Michael -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "mailplaneapp" group. To post to this group, send email to [email protected].
