1Password doesn't cause any trouble.
Glims: It could still be loaded in Mailplane or Chrome.

You can disable all InputManagers for Mailplane to see if it makes any
difference:
1) Open Terminal
2) Enter this line:

defaults write com.mailplaneapp.Mailplane DisableExtensions -bool YES

3) Restart Mailplane
