No, that did not make a difference. Obviously it's something on my computer, if no one else is having the problem. I will do some experimenting with a test profile and see if I can figure it out. If I do find the problem, I will post here, in case someone else has an issue later on. Otherwise, as long as the cmd+alt+c is working, there is no need to keep taking your time.
