The way things work at the moment, I'm afraid Rapportive will only work if you open the links in Mailplane's own browser (because the other browsers don't know which Gmail account you're logged in to). Sorry if that means some inconvenience with finding passwords; we'll try to improve this in future. Fortunately, you should only have to do this once; after you've connected your networks, Rapportive will remember them (associated with your Gmail account), so you won't need to go through the popup window dance again.
