The closest thing that Gmail has for this is a Labs feature for "canned responses". So, when you're composing the e-mail, you save it as a "canned response" and you can quickly reuse it. Another option is if you have a text expansion program, they often have a quick creation key combo that does something similar. But, the canned response is the Gmail-only way. I agree with Scott that you shouldn't bounce e-mail. As for the others, they aren't things Mailplane can really add. You need to tell Google the suggestions.
