Wow, thanks! Quite a comprehensive application for what I thought was a mundane issue.
I noticed, control clicking on a link in MailPlane, displays the CMM menu's of "Open Link" or "Open Link in New WIndow", both of which go to your default browser. It's only clicking that opens to the MailPlane window. The MailPlane window is usually OK, but anything more than a quick viewing leads to getting trapped in the MailPlane window, which means wasting time to break out a new session.
