Hi, some of my users have exactly that same problem since Friday. Mailplane 2.5.6 and 2.5.8 (#1690), Lion and Snow Leopard. They can't drag and drop a file to attach it to an email.
Also, the keyboard shortcut Command-N has stopped working, and it is not possible anymore to use AppleScript to create an email. Since we use that feature of Mailplane heavily, we would really appreciate a quick solution. Attaching and the keyboard shortcut work fine in Mailplane 3, but the AppleScript doesn't, so upgrading to 3 is not an option for us at the moment. In Google Chrome, attaching a file works fine.
