I've also been dealing with this same issue trying to acces multiple 
accounts (unsuccessfully) through MailPlane since Sept. 28th. Have been in 
contact with support and they have been very kind to try to help, but 
nothing has fixed it yet. Same error message. 

Yet when I open a browser, I can sign in to the account just fine. Hoping I 
can access both my gmail accounts (work and personal) through MailPlane 
again soon. megan
