Same issue here. Running Lion on a MacBook Pro. I don't use MailPlane on 
more than one computer - this is the only one. I only use one account, but 
it looks like I have two accounts configured. I'm going to delete the other 
account from settings (since it's an address I never use) and see if that 
helps.

It seems that restarting MailPlane prevents this from happening for a 
while, but eventually - maybe after a couple weeks' use - it starts 
happening again.
