Thanks for this info! I have yet to upgrade from Lion to Mountain Lion but 
I didn't realize the options to block chat and G+ in the Preferences. I'm 
hoping this helps a bit until I upgrade my OS and as you guys continue to 
fine-tune Mailplane with all the constant changes that Google is rolling 
out with Gmail and G+ (which seems to be the root of a lot of 3rd party 
apps issues with multi-Google Account sign-ins).
