Yes, I have an issue. I used two-factor login and paid for the latest 
version of mailplane3, which I expect to work. I have no problem with my 
two desktop machines, but my laptop is having this issue and I can't work 
around it. Disabling two-factor login would be a great deal of trouble.

I tried command-click with no luck. Does "disable 2 factor login from 
within mail plane" mean anything other than disable it completely?

When do you expect to get this done right? Are you offering refunds to 
those of us who paid you for mail plane 3 and are not getting nothing?
