Hi Ariel; Thanks for the report. Are you using many tabs (more than 3 or 4) per Mailplane window? If so, try spreading them out. See: http://mailplaneapp.com/howto/entry/switch_to_account/
This should help. If that isn't the case, please try clicking Mailplane > Reset Mailplane and see if that is any better. Please let me know if the issues persist or if you have any other questions.
