Hi Erick;

Though we can't really say officially, it looks like they may have made
some changes the last few weeks that seem to make the multiple sign on more
sensitive.  Though we have always suggested using only 3-4 tabs per
workspace, a lot of customers managed to get away with more until this
change.  We have no changed anything on our side that would have affected
this area.
