Hi, thanks for the quick response. I'm using a mid-2012 Macbook Air with Yosemite, so if Mailplane requires a newer model or El Capitan, this would be a good reason for me not to buy it (I just want(ed) to try it out at the moment). Let's see how things develop, but I'm currently strongly inclining towards MailMate as an alternative.
