It already is amongst /var/opt/csw. See the commondirs excluded from GAR

which are extracted from the CSWcommon package. (If it is a good idea
to build CSWcommon manually and derive pathes in GAR from it and not
the other way round is another discussion).
These requirements sounds like something that should be implemented in
checkpkg.
