The permissions are "none of your business" :-)
neither you, nor CSWapache2c, should be setting permissions on
/etc/opt itself. We do not "own" it. we do not have rights to set
permissions on it. only /etc/opt/csw and below.
Ok then, checkpkg could check that there are no pathes from
CSWcommon in the package and no pathes "before them".
