Hello all. Thank you for all your help. I have begun using QWS as my main sequencer, and have connected with my local guitar center, and they said they would teach me about the basics so I could get started. I bought a midi controller because my Yamaha does not seem to support local off. It works better, despite the fact that right now, I'm having to use GS wavetable synth. I'm playing around with bassmidi as one of the articles suggested. I will continue talking to guitar center and trying to get that to work, but at least now, I have sound. LOL. Thank you.

You can set those ports as default and they will remain that way unless yo88u start qws with the keyboard off or disconnected. 2015-04-14 7:47 GMT-05:00, Blake Tracy <[email protected]>: > LOL.
