What is rpath anyway?  And why would anything rely on $(INSTALLARCHLIB)/CORE
being in it?  $(INSTALLARCHLIB)/CORE normally doesn't exist unless
$(INSTALLARCHLIB) == $(PERL_ARCHLIB).

I wish I knew who originally patched this.
