I agree 100%. I'm using using Module::Starter::PBP and (more
importantly)
Module::Release, so I don't have an option.
I actually have a custom version of Module::Release that understands
M::B and does a few more things to make my life easier (like looking up
my CPAN password in my OS X keychain), but my several attempts at
getting patches accepted for it have gone unresponded-to, so I've given
up on getting it integrated. I'll mail it to you if you want, though.
