I have upgraded to 1.2.15.  I thought I saw a note that the plugin manager is
no longer necessary or that it is built in.  We had the plugin manager in our
previous version 1.1.7 but it didn't seem to be working right (always get the
install/upgrade page).  I did not set it up so I have no idea what they have
done.

So I have a few questions:
1.  Do I need to install the plugin manager for 1.2.15 (e.g.
pluginmanager-0.4.0.tar.gz or something)?
2. Once I do that, how can I check  my plugins since the page doesn't seem to
be working in our old system.
3. are there upgrade steps to copy the plugins.  it looks like the structure of
the plugins directory has changed in 1.2.x?

Thanks and sorry for so many questions.  I couldn't find anything straight
forward about 1.2.x vs. 1.1.x and plugins, nor any general plugin manager steps
to use when upgrading mantis.

Thanks again.
