I assume you are referring to the plugins at
http://deboutv.free.fr/mantis/ (note - site appears to be down atm)

If that's the case, please note that these are *not compatible* with 
MantisBT 1.2. Do *not* install or try to use the "plugin manager".

You can get info about the new plugin system in 1.2 in the admin guide, 
find numerous plugins on our wiki [1] and Github [2] and some in our 
bugtracker. This is not an exhaustive list. Finally, information on how 
to write your own plugins is in the developers guide.
