On Vergil in the 19th century there's a bit of information focusing on
English translations of Vergil in Virgil in English edited by K. W. Gransden
(Penguin Books). More noteworthy, however, is Vance's article "Virgil and the
Nineteenth century" in Virgil and his Influence, edited by Charles Martindale
(Bristol Classical Press).
