A theater-curtain from 1602 from Mantua cites the 10th book of Vergils Eneide. Has anyone informations about Vergil- and especially Aeneid-Reception in the years of the engagement of Vincenzo Gonzaga, the Duke of Mantua, in the campagne on the Balcan against Muslim attacks between 1593-1606?
