Hi Roald,
Actually, this GML file is a local file, i'm editing manually with a text
editor (notepad++). The charset it is saved in is not iso 8859-1 but ANSI,
that should fit well.
And it does work on firefox, it bugs just with IE. Sure, i'm not
surprised... just disappointed !
I'm running Windows, but i'll try iconv via a live linux CD, to see if
you're right.
