Your were right, it's the file that is not strictly iso 8859-1. I edited it
with notepad++, and notepad++ saves-it in windows-1152, with unsupported
codes for accentuated characters. I changed of editor, and it's OK. I'll see
if the notepad++ dev team can solve it...
