It is a Danish map of 1754 by Jens M. Beck. It is described in our (co-authored with John Hebert) carto-bibliography entitled the "Luso-Hispanic World in Maps...", which is available online at http://www.loc.gov/rr/geogmap/luso/usvi.html#usvi There is a zoom feature that allows you to zoom in and magnify some of the maps listed in the carto-bibliography including this one which is no. 980. The map shows, among other things, individual landholding with what appear to be the names of landholders. It is an interesting map as it is printed with many added notes in pen and ink.
