I think it is indeed better that we continue our dialogue in Paris or
Moscow. May I end however with saying that it really puzzles me why, as
you say, the subject of "the tutorial is a technical issue [that] has
nothing to do with history", you address this non-history event on a
bulletin board dedicated to the history of field in the first place?
