A while ago, I could buy an old map having no indication as far as it concerns
the engraver and / or the cartographer (mapmaker). The said map shows further
no " cartouche "

No printing on the backside

Could anyone give any information on this map ?

The said map is very similar to :

- the Blaeu - "Flandriae Teutonicae Occidentalior" map, having a
'cartouche ' in the middle left.

- the Jansonius - ""Flandriae Pars Occidentalis" map , having a
'cartouche ' on the bottom left.

Thanks,

Gilbert Deraedt,Leidschendam
