Yep, Outlook will try to auto-respond, and that will generate enough flames
to scorch your eyebrows when you return - at least until Bill gets around to
removing you from the mail list.

I'd suggest just unsubscribing while you are gone, although Outlook also
allows you to set rules about who gets a response (you could leave MI-l
out). The only problem with Outlook rules is that they have to be very
carefully designed and set up or they won't work correctly.

Slightly off-topic, but here goes: If I use the Out of Office Assistant in
MS Outlook to automatically respond to emails while I am on holiday, will
