The projection of the printed Mapa Geolgico de la Repblica Argentina
(1997) is Gauss-Kruger with a central meridian of 64 degrees west
longitude, using the Campo Inchauspe datum. We also used the same
projection for the digital version of this map, and its related
classifications (metallogenic, tectonic.)

Here is the line for the MI PROJECTION FILE:

"--- Gauss-Kruger (Campo Inchauspe 1969) ---"
"Gauss-Kruger for Geol. Map. Arg. (Campo Inchauspe 1969)",8,17,7,-64,0,1,0,0
