If by big or small you one of two sizes, the easiset way to do this may well be to:
* create four queries covering you options
* adding ewach of these to the mapper
* labelling each point with the appropriate symbol
Not elegant, but it should work.

Hello List,
I would like to be able to create a thematic map of different individual symbols based
on a column of numbers and at the same time create another thematic map of different
sized symbols based on another column of numbers. i.e. I want to plot circles or
crosses depending on one column and I want to plot the circles/crosses big or small
depending on another column. Is it possible to do these two things together ? I can
do them both seperately but can't overlay the two maps as one obscures the other.
