I am running Mapinfo Version 6 & 6.5 and often recieve the following error messages
when running add on software packages
Does anyone know what causes the...
"System Error - Floating-point exeception: Invalid."
OK
"Mapinfow.exe - Application Error" ????
This issue has come up a few times in the list, but I have not seen an explanation for
it yet. One lister recently mentioned that the latest Mapinfo Patch (for ver 6.5) may
help - unfortunately it doesn't in my case. This error happens in both Version 6 &
6.5 of Mapinfo, so the my idea of it being a MI 6.5 problem goes out the window! Also
the error wont appear on my colleagues machine (who has MI 6) and he is doing the same
processes as me!
Any ideas would be appreciated.
