Hello Listers I have a problem that I know was discussed reasonably recently but I did not see the outcome of it.
My problem stems from the use of a raster backdrop which I am using to digitise local roads off. When I pan across the screen to continue a line, the screen partially refreshes, with the part of the screen which was not previously visible repeating the raster and linework that was previously in that position on the screen. Does anyone know how to get around this problem? I seem to remember some consultants up in Cairns do not screen digitize anymore because of this problem. I don't know whether this was the ultimate conclusion, but any ideas would be gratefully received.
