Paul/Vinesh I've tried using reload button but the option was still not available to me. I reduced the size of the file down to 12K although I noticed that the other symbols were only 1K. However, in the past when I had saved my company logo as a bitmap file in the Custom symbols directory it worked very well and the size of that file is 56K.
When you say that whether I have created my bitmaps correctly, how do you mean? Regards.
